To download the latest version update, start your BLA software. Then select "Help", "Check for Updates on Web" and if there is an update available , click the "Click to update now" button.

These 2 new codes have been added to provide a more detailed breakdown for your Accounting transactions. They can be used for Sub-Accounting, or specify a location/branch, employees/sales staff, events, promotions, family members, seasonal sales, customers etc. Instead of you adding 100's of accounts that are only used for 1x Events, or part of the year, you would setup either a Project Code, or a Cost Center Code, or Department code or all three. Every time you enter a transaction in any module you can select a Department Code, Cost Center or Project Code. When printing reports these codes are part of your selection parameters. General Ledger • Graphics (bar or line) • Positive Pay Export. Positive Pay is an essential part of every effective check fraud prevention program. Exports the extracted check issue data to a standard bank format and creates a file that you transmit to the bank.
